1. The price of admission for adults will be $10.00 (includes applicable government taxes) per day, children 12 & under are free. Weekend Fair passes are available for a fee of $25.00 (includes applicable government taxes) and allows admittance to the grounds at any time during the fair.
2. *The membership fee is $5.00, which entitles the member to become an exhibitor for anyone 13 yrs and older. *
1. The Society will be indemnified and hold harmless and not responsible for accidents on the grounds at any time during the fair.

3. Exhibits must be bona fide property of the exhibitor.
4. Exhibitors are responsible for their own exhibits but the Society will do everything in its power to ensure their safety and care.
7. The judges’ decision will be final and any interference will cause a forfeit of the prize money.
8. If weather is unfavorable, the Society reserves the right to postpone or cancel the Fair or to pay any percentage of the prize money.
9. All entry forms in livestock and poultry must be in the hands of the Treasurer no later than July 24th, 2026. The Society will not be responsible for room if entries are not in on dates specified.
10. All entries in roots and vegetables, grain and seeds, baking and home crafts must be submitted by 8:30 p.m. Thursday, August 6th, 2026 and all other entry forms must be in the hands of the Treasurer by 8:30 p.m. Thursday, August 6th, 2026, NO EXCEPTIONS.
11. All exhibitors must have exhibits on the grounds as follows: Poultry 9:00 pm Thursday, August 6th, 2026; Roots & Vegetables 8:30 p.m. Thursday, August 6th, 2026. If exhibitors are late, no prizes will be awarded.
12. ALL EXHIBITS CAN NOT BE REMOVED FROM DISPLAY BEFORE 3:00 P.M. ON SUNDAY, AUGUST 9TH, 2026.
13. No person will be allowed more than one entry per section per class, except livestock.
14. No exhibitor may collect prize money from more than two entries in each livestock section. However, more may be shown to qualify for group entries (livestock).
15. No animal may win more than one prize except in Specials and team groups.
16. All vendor space(s) rented MUST be paid for in advance.
17. The Fair Board Office will open in the Lakeshore Community Centre on Thursday, August 6th, 2026, from 1:00 p.m.to 8:30 p.m. to take entry forms. ABSOLUTLEY NO ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 8:30 P.M., NO EXCEPTIONS.
18. All trophies MUST be picked up immediately. All special prizes should ideally be in the office on the last day of the Fair.
19. All exhibitors must be members. Junior membership is FREE but must also have an exhibitor number to participate.
20. An entry fee will be charged of 50¢/EA for fowl and/or rabbit. For further information, see the Poultry Division.
21. If an exhibit is not worthy of a prize, according to the Judge, no prize will be awarded.
22. Trophies and Special Prizes will be presented on the last day of the Fair in the Community Hall after 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 9th, 2026.
23. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE PERMITTED ON THE GROUNDS AT ANY TIME.
24. The driver only of the vehicle bringing in livestock to be exhibited at the fair will be admitted free.
25. Poultry, rabbits, ducks, geese and pigeons are not to be removed before 4:00 p.m. on the last day of the fair.
26. In case there is a shortage of gate receipts, the directors have decided to pay a percentage of the prize money instead of the full amount.
