RULES: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

1. All entries to be displayed on SMALL, paper plates, in clear PLASTIC BAGS.
2. All cookies – 3 on a SMALL, disposable plate.
3. Exhibits must be in Community Hall by 8:30 p.m. Thursday, August 6th, 2026 and removed by 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 9th, 2026.

Prizes: 1st $6.00; 2nd $5.00; 3rd $4.00

First Place Specials: $5.00 each

Trophy: “Most Points in Elementary School Baking”

Sections:

1. Chocolate Chip Cookies
2. Castle made out of Marshmallows & other edibles (No bigger then 8”x10”)
3. Candy Kabobs (3) judged on appearance
4. Mason jar layered cookie mix, judged on appearance; with recipe & label attached (Quart sized jar)
5. Chocolate covered pretzels (6) on small plate
6. Cake Pops (3) any variety, NO MIXES ALLOWED

JUNIOR BAKING (CLASS 46)

4. Homemade granola (Clear sandwich sized sealable plastic bag, with recipe attached)
5. Scones (any variety) 2 on a small plate
6. Peanut Brittle (3-4 pieces to fit on a small plate)

 JUNIOR FLOWERS (CLASS 88)

All articles will be received between 1:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 6th, 2026. All flower entries will be judged Thursday, August 6th, 2026.

Judging will begin at 9:00 p.m. Please be sure to get your entries to the community hall promptly. Please ensure your exhibitor tag is SECURELY fastened to your entry.

*No silk arrangements or dried flowers are allowed.*

Homegrown entries only – recently purchased cut flowers or plants may not be entered.

12. Sunny delight (a bouquet or arrangement using at least two varieties of flowers)

GRADES 7-8

13. Wet zone (three flowers floating, with or without foliage)
14. Tiny time – a mini bouquet or arrangement, no larger than 15cm in any direction, including the container

16. “In My Flower Era” (an arrangement representing your favourite Taylor Swift Era
17. A bouquet using roadside weeds and/or flowers

24. Grades 9-12. Monochromatic mania – bouquet or arrangement using at least four varieties of flowers, all the same colour.
