RULES: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

1. All canned goods are to be put in sealed, STERILIZED, PINT (500 ml) jars. Rings must be LOOSENED and jars wiped clean at time of entry. Attach exhibitor’s tab with an elastic.

2. Jams and Jellies to be in small STERILIZED, 1/2 PINT (250 ml) jars. If wax is used to seal jar, DO NOT REMOVE WAX.

3. Exhibits must be in Community Hall by 8:30 p.m. Thursday, August 7th and removed by 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 10th, 2025.

Prizes: 1st $5.00; 2nd $4.00; 3rd $3.00

2. No half loaves; small loaves preferred, in clear plastic bags.

3. No mixes, and NO ready-made pie or tart shells.

4. Pies – tin foil plates preferred.

5. Cookies, tarts or squares – 3 on a SMALL, disposable plate.

6. Exhibits must be in Community Hall by 8:30 p.m. Thursday, August 7th and removed by 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 10th, 2025.
